Freeze with mouse move

Hi guys so I finally pinpointed a sky lake system with Sierra to a freeze with a mouse movement.

I disconnect a mouse and use a Wacom tablet and no freezes.

Is it possible that this mouse needs to be replaced? Or the keyboard? I’m using an Apple display and a Apple wired chiclet keyboard and a Logitech mouse.

I thought it’s related to gpus or chrome but it seems mouse related and usb related.

I disabled “Usb simulation” in the bios but to no avail.
