Error installing Sierra, circle slash 2/3 way through the start.

Hi guys, I need your help. I'm building a hack with a friend, but we are having some issues installing OSX on it.

I can't for the life of me figure out what we are doing wrong? Clover boots fine, when selecting the boot USB. Everything starts, loadebar appears, and then 2/3 through we get the circle slash. And have to hard reset.

Any ideas what could be the problem?
