Ok I will be putting together my first Hackintosh this week so I have been doing a lot of reading. One thing I have heard is use HFS+ and not APFS because it loads slower, is this correct? Also this is going to be my everyday driver/production machine so I want it to be fast and reliable so what time the best and fastest ...El Capitan, Sierra or High Sierra?
