Easy Sierra install completed with Hackintosher build. Should I try for HS or wait?

Thanks so much to Hackintosher for their GA-270mx-Gaming 5 guide here. After about 3-4 hours, I have a seamless Sierra install with a 7600k and a GTX 1080 ti.

Now my question is: should I enjoy my stable Sierra install for a good while until HS has had some time to mature in the Hackintosh world, or should I give it a shot?

I had to use some specific older versions of Lilu and AppleALC kexts to get sound to work, per the guide.
