Dual booting Windows 10 and macOS High Sierra: Secure Boot

I installed High Sierra on a separate SSD drive, everything is running really well. My specs are : Asus Z87 Pro, i7 4770 and Geforce 1050ti.

I have it setup so that if I turn on the computer, it automatically boots to Windows 10. If I turn it on and press F8, then I can select to boot into macOS.

The only problem is that macOS won't boot with Secure Boot on, and Windows won't boot with it off (I just get a black screen and nothing happens).

Is there a solution, or do I just have to change the setting every time I wan't to switch OS?
