Dual-booting macOS Sierra and Windows 10. How to use NTFS HDD on both?

Hi,

Basically, I have an SSD partitioned into two - one partition for macOS, one for Windows.

I also have a 1TB HDD, which I use for data, photos, videos, etc. It is formatted as NTFS. I can't access the HDD on macOS. Is there a way to access the HDD from both Windows and macOS? Preferably without formatting, since I don't have a place to offload a terabyte of data.
