Does High Sierra run like hot garbage for anyone else?

Hey guys, so 10.12.6 was fairly stable for me and I wanted to stay on it until HS was at maybe 10.13.4 or .5 as I usually do with major releases.

But I was having issues with Sierra and thought going to HS would resolve my constant restart issues (due to graphical glitch).

So it turns out HS is so shitty that even on my legit 2017 MacBook Pro it runs like hot garbage.

I'm mostly in Adobe apps all day long so excuse me if you don't fit in this category.
