Constant crashing under Sierra

Hey guys, on 10.12.6 everything has been fine for about a year or so.

Now, what happens is when lets say I have Chrome with Youtube playing on a second monitor, and lets say I do something in an Adobe app, it will freeze/restart.

Any ideas? What should I look for in the Console logs? System: 6700k @ 4.5Ghz 64GB 2400Hz RAM 980Ti (dual) M.2 SSD
