Clover messing with Windows Update

I'm on a Windows Insider Preview build that's outdated and can't seem to be able to update it, and I believe it has to do with Clover and my Hackintosh build.

I've tried an install from Settings > Update, restart, click to boot on Clover, and it doesn't update. I've tried an install from an ISO update and restarted, click to boot on Clover, and it doesn't update.

I'm admittedly super new to Hackintosh's and while I got it setup, I have no idea why there's so many Windows bootables there. Any help would VERY much appreciated as this is sort of driving me crazy.
