Change BIOS settings back after macOS installed?

I'm in the process of installing macOS on a separate SSD. (The SSD with Windows 8 on it is unplugged).

After following the instructions on disabling/changing BIOS, I'm ready to install macOS.

My question is, once it's installed and functioning, I will reconnect the Windows SSD. Afterwards, do I have to go back into the BIOS and change the settings back to what they were before installing macOS? If I leave them as they are, would that affect the Windows side?
