Can you use a partition of a hackintosh drive to use as data storage for Windows? (NTSF)

Hello and merry christmas,

title says it all. I'm currently using a notebook with 2 M.2 slots and I'm planning to install a second M.2 SSD beside my Windows M.2 SSD.

I was thinking about installing hackintosh on it, but I need to know if I can use the SSD as a data storage on Windows afterwards. To clairify:

1st SSD - Windows (250GB) Partition 1, full size: Windows 10 installed. Should not be effected by the new installation

2nd SSD - Hackintosh (500GB) Partition 1, ~60GB size: Hackintosh installation, bootable with clover when I select it via boot menu. Partition 2, 440GB size: Data partition formatted in NTSF where I can store data on using Windows booted via 1st SSD

Is that possible without reinstalling Windows and how can I accomplish that result?
