Buying prebuilt to pull parts for build. questions with buying a motherboard

hey all. well i saw this hp pre built in a black friday ad for walmart. well i guess the deal is still going on and pretty close to buying it.

has an i5 7400, 8gb ram, and GTX 1060. i plan on pulling these parts and buying a mini ITX motherboard to do a SFF hackintosh. i've only done one hackintosh maybe 2 years ago and the motherboard i had back then was not really supported so it was kinda of a pain. I've read that gigabyte boards are pretty simple to get working.

i wanted advice on a motherboard that is dead simple to set up. want to be able to just adjust the settings needed in bios and get installing. dont want to worry about having to find custom files or fixs to get it to boot. i spend a few weeks trying to get my x99 build running but being that my motherboard is not supported i kept getting linked to an outdated guild to an outdated version of OSX and i justs dont want to deal with that headache again lol.

how kaby lake (Z270) easy to do hackintoshes with or do they involve alot of messing around and custom kexe to get working?
