Any issue with adding a graphics card after the initial install?

Hi, I'm thinking of building a hackintosh with coffee lake without a discrete graphics card first with the intention of adding one later. Is there any issue with that? Will I have to do a full re-install after adding the graphics card (thinking of a GTX 1080 down the line)?
