Acer Veriton M2631 (Haswell) reboots before (or at) loading kernel

I have an acer veriton m2631 (haswell i5 4440 desktop, hd 4600).

When I try to use clover it just gets stuck on +++++++++

so I added osxaptiofix2drv and now it shows the apple logo but reboots after about 3 seconds

it reboots before i can even see xnu output, in verbose mode. like it never loads the kernel or something

any ideas?
