YouTube Updates App to Fix Battery Drain on iOS

YouTube has released an update to its app for iOS which claims to fix a bug that caused severe battery drain.

Release notes for the update simply say, "Fixed an issue with battery usage." Users discovered the problem earlier this month and the company announced it was working on a fix on November 12th.
