What's the best way to clear out boot options from the bios? Or, what's causing them all? Possibly too many EFI partions?

TL:DRNeed to clean out my boot options list and possibly delete undesired EFI partitions.

Okay, so it appears I'm not in the clear just yet. Although I know which partition to boot from, I still have a rather crowded list of boot options. I have followed this guide to remove some of them, but that's actually just for clover boot options. My problem is that I need to tell my BIOS to boot from partition 2 of a certain drive to get to that particular working plist. And the only way I can do that is turning on "legacy only" and then that partition won't show up as an option until pressing F12, not the BIOS screen. The boot options screen is crowded with "UEFI diskname" options, some of them clones. But not the one I need.

So what I would like to do, is go around deleting the erroneous EFIs that are not being used. (this might be unrelated to the bios screen, but it is problematic when clover accidentally starts on the wrong one)

Oh, and I think I needed some of those clover entries to boot windows, do I have to reinstall clover to get them back? (I can still boot directly to windows from F12)

So I guess I'm just wondering what's the best method to wipe these other partitions? The drives all have things I want to keep on them or I'd just format all but one.
