Updated to high sierra, now macOS doesn't appear in clover bootscreen

I just tried to update my working hackintosh to high sierra, which I downloaded from the app store. However after luanching the macOS install from clover boot screen and it going through the high sierra install procedure (all seemed ok). After the installation process automatically rebooting, no macOS options appear in clover, (not the normal macOS boot option or recovery option). Any ideas what the issue may be or how to fix?

I'm on clover v4173
