Shutdown Issue: Hackintosh Fans and Mobo on even after shut down.

I have a desktop hackintosh

1. ASUS Mobo: P8Z77V PRO
2. NVIDIA GTX 680

The Hackintosh restarts properly and boots up with no issues.

However, when it comes to shutting down, the system "shuts down" by exiting from the OS, the monitors go black, but the fans are still running and the Desktop is still on.

I have tried (in separate cases and in combination):

1. Using The FixShutdown fix
2. My ASUS Mobo custom DSDT

I don't know if Evoreboot is the solution because my computer restarts properly. I think it has to do with Clover not sending the right shut down signal.
