Random black screen every thirty seconds

I'd appreciate any help I can get. For some reason my hackintosh running 10.13.1 High Sierra goes black for a moment every thirty seconds or so. Using a display port. It's not a permanent black screen, and isn't tied to any particular action. Does anyone have any theories or experience with this?
