OSX Installer doesn't recognize SSD

When i try to install OSX HS with Clover, the Disk Utility does not recognize a few of my disks. They are all showing up in the UEFI.

System: AsRock B75 Pro 3 Intel i5 3450 KFA2 GTX 1070 Corsair Vengance 16GB DDR3 Samsung 850 Pro 512GB (yes) Samsung 850 Pro 256GB (no) Samsung 850 Pro 256GB (no) Toshiba SSD 256 GB (no) Seagate Barracuda 1TB (yes)

NOTE: The disks with (yes) are showing up in the Disk Utility and the ones with (no) do not show up.

I tried to switch the SATA Ports and reformat them on my PowerMac G5. They are doing fine on the same system with Windows and on my PowerMac.

The UEFI settings are done as shown by tonymacx86. I already had a working Hackintosh install about a year ago with the exact same system on one of my Samsung 256GB SSDs.

Not sure what to do next..
