Mac Pro 1.1 (2006) Lion to El Cap upgrade, graphics card question.

I'm upgrading my Mac Pro 1.1 running Lion to El Capitan. However because it's got the stock GPU, a nVidia Geforce 7300GT, it needs a new video card before doing so.

So I've gone through the numerous threads on Macrumors and videos on YouTube and I've come to the conclusion that I just don't know what I'm doing.

I am rather short on capital, which is why I want to upgrade this machine rather then buying a new one. However buying a Mac graphics card like the 8800GT or HD5770 generally goes for about 200$ including shipping on eBay or local sites. For that amount I might as well sell this Mac 1.1 for 100$ and buy a 300$ Mac Pro 3.1 that can natively support El Capitan...

I'd like to avoid flashing the card as one, I'm actually not that technical and the whole upgrade to El Capitan is already technical enough for me. And secondly I don't own a Windows PC to do it from.

So that's why I've come here. Is there any other graphics card, sub-100 USD that I could use to get El Capitan running on this Mac Pro?

Additionally I've been trying to figure out if this is important: Some cards are EFI32 and some are EFI64. Does this matter? I can't really find a clear answer on this. I know the Mac Pro itself is a 64bit machine. That's why it can run El Capitan. But if I buy a EFI32 card, does that mean it won't work? Or the other way around?
