I want to bulid a hackintosh but i don't have a mac

I recently built a gaming pc for myself, but I've started to browse youtube and discovered Hackintosh builds. My question is, is there a way to make the boot drive on windows since I personally don't own a Mac? My current build is Ryzen based, so I'll probably get a intel based build any suggestions with that would be great.
