How to upgrade GPU and not mess up hackintosh

Hello everyone, I want to upgrade my Nvidia GTX 950 to something with two display port outs. Can I just swap out my current GPU with another without doing anything to the iOS? Someone helped me build this rig and I'm hesitant to change anything and accidentally mess something up.

Also, if you have any suggestions as to what graphics cards to look into I'd appreciate it! I'm not really using my computer for gaming, just music composition, but that involves a lot of fine lines that need to be crisp. I'm currently running one monitor with the DP out and another with the HDMI out and the HDMI out is noticeably fuzzier.
