Hackintosh Graphic Issues

I've been running a Hackintosh for a few years, but recently I've run into some issues with graphic distortion. Because the issue popped out of the blue, I initially assumed it was a hardware issue, however the problem doesn't exist when I boot to Windows. Generally on bootup everything looks okay, but after a few minutes, things start to break down. After the problem gets bad enough, the computer either crashes to reboot or the login screen.

CPU: 4770k

Motherboard: ASRock Z97 PRO4

GPU: 650TI Boost

I've tried both with and without "nvda_drv=1"

I'm running macOS 10.13.1, and Clover r4297.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
