GTX 1080 feels slow with 4k display, do you have the same problem?

I've been running my hackintosh for a few month now. I just notice that there was a ~100ms latency when I move from a tab to another in chrome. I also have a pretty big latency when I use VSCode. I found this subject about this problem but I don't know what's happening. Is it because of the Nvidia driver ? I'm using a 4k display, and scale the interface.

Could anyone with a 1080 or another Pascal & a 4k display confirm this issue?
