Can't boot into clover after installing windows 10 in another partition.

After partitioning my drive to dual boot both OS's I no longer have the option of booting into clover from my EFI partition for macos. I have to boot from an external usb with clover into macos. However once in macos I can see my efi partition but just can't see it as a boot option. Any ideas?
