[Audio Help] Native audio with Clover & AppleALC.kext working through DisplayPort Only (no headphone jack support).

Specifications:

• Boot Method: Clover
• OS Version: macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (still afraid to update)
  
• CPU Intel 4790K 4.4GHz i7 Haswell
• Boot Drive: SSD Samsung 850 Evo
• MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7 TH
  
  • MoBo Audio: Realtek ALC1150 115dB SNR HD Audio with Built-in rear audio amplifier
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4095 MB

Native audio is working through display port to my monitor. However..

• audio jack on the motherboard is not working.
• audio jack on the front of my NZXT H440 case is not working.

I have tried all of the profiles for my Realtek ALC1150
Realtek ALC1150 Profiles: 0x100001, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11
