10.13.1 on AsRock Z170M Extreme4 / i7-6700K / MSI GTX 1070Ti / Toshiba RD400 m.2

Needed to get working on some 10.13 Programming stuff and got tired of waiting for the Gigabyte Z370M board to be available [might be out this week but I want 10.13 for the 4 day weekend] so decided to get try to get 10.13 on my Windows 10 box (putting the RD400 on a PCIe card since Windows 10 is installed on a Samsung m.2 SSD in the one motherboard m.2 slot).

Got the latest stuff (Clover, FakeSMC, IntelMausi, Lilu / intel fixup / Nvidia fixup, apfs.efi) and it all installed without too much trouble.

During install, ran into Window Server Service only ran for 0 seconds error in verbose mode , but pulling the 1070 and booting only on iGPU fixed that, then after installing the 10.13.1 Web Drivers my two displays would just flash on and off after reaching the login screen. Moving the outputs from HDMI to DP fixed that, apparently the web drivers can't deal with two HDMI outputs for some reason.

Main bad deal now is machine won't wake from sleep, but this is apparently a known problem with AsRock (hopefully won't see this with Gigabyte's Z370??).

The GMYLE BT USB adapter is seen by the OS but doesn't find any bluetooth devices, oh well.

I converted the RD400 to 4k LBA mode prior to install, 10.13 would have seen it in 512b mode (the installer was seeing the Samsung 950 Pro fine) but I assume 4k page mode is better.

Wish Apple made a box like this, maybe next year. Total part cost for this Skylake box is $1150:
