10.12.6 Build - Low-res display / blocky font / poor video colors

Hi all,

I've recently built a new machine following this post. Mostly everything seems to be functioning great except for my display.

I'm using a 32" 1080p Westinghouse. It's detecting a 1080p 60hz signal. My system preferences are set to 1080p.

However the entire image looks terrible, almost like a low DPI setting. Check out this image, and notice how blocky and poor the resolution is, especially in the "e" in "Friend Activity"

I DO NOT have this issue when I boot into Safe Mode.

Gigabyte z270x-Ultra Gaming Intel Core i7-7700k EVGA GeForce GTX 1080
