Windows on SSD + Hackintosh on HDD: macOS' HDD constantly spinning if I boot into Windows

Hi, I've installed windows on a ssd and macOS High Sierra on a 500GB 5400 rpm HDD. When I boot into windows, I hear the macOS HDD constantly spinning, it never goes in "sleep" mode. Windows doesn't detect that HDD of course, so I think it is constantly supplied by the PSU. Is there a way to disable or activate "sleep" mode for that HDD if I boot into windows?

I'll migrate macOS to a secondary SSD in the next few days. The spinning noise won't be there of course, but I think the SSD will be constantly supplied by the PSU as well. Will the constant supplying from the PSU reduce SSD's life span? I mean, SSDs are manufactured to run OSs, but I'd rather it not to be always "active" if it is not needed.
