Windows doesn't detect partitions after Sierra resize

I shrinked my macosx installation partition and formated the new partition as exFat because I needed some shared space between windows and Mac (dual-boot, same drive) but after doing that windows doesn't read it's partitions and can't boot.

I tried using a windows usb installer but it just detects the efi partition macosx partition new exFat partition and a 16mb partition. Went into windows repair and used diskpart but it just sees the 4 partitions.

If I boot to Mac I can see and use the two NTFS partitions that I had from windows and use them.

Any help? I'm gonna try to run TestDisk from macos when I get back home but I don't know if it'll help since the partitions work there.
