Smooze - Rediscover your mouse [Giveaway]

Hey all,

I built my first Hackintosh about 6 years ago and ever since then I had two main problems.

  1. Assigning actions \ shortcuts to my non apple mouse buttons

  2. Scroll wheel in macOS is a mess! Can't change speed to something linear, acceleration etc'

So I developed Smooze.

I did a giveaway here a few month back and now, with version 1.5.0 and High Sierra, it feels like a good time to do another one. I've been hard at work on improving and adding features according to the community needs.

The version I just released includes a lot of add ons, most of them were requested by you.

Smooze animates your scroll and adds functionality to your non-Apple mouse (scroll-wheel mouse).

Features:

  • Disable scroll acceleration and select the number of lines you want to scroll on each tick. (These features are, and will always be, free!)

  • Smooth Scroll - Every app you own will have buttery smooth scrolling

  • Multi Display - Set different scroll settings for each app and display you are using.

  • Gestures - Assign gestures to any button / shortcut / app

  • Auto Scroll - You can now click a selected mouse button once to auto scroll anywhere on the screen, hands free, with buttery smooth animations!

  • Grab & Drag & Throw - You can now use a mouse button to grab and scroll anywhere on the screen. Throwing will animate the scrolling just like it would on a trackpad

  • Save time by attaching mouse buttons to actions

  • Smooze synchronizes its drawings to the refresh rate of your display which ensures the best scrolling experience.

  • Scroll can now be reversed in the settings

If you want to participate in the giveaway all you need to do is to tryout Smooze (there's a 7 days trial) and write a comment \ send me a pm with your thoughts. (suggestions, bugs, rants etc') Next week 10 redditors will get an activation key.

I've got a lot of requests in the pipeline which are ordered by the demand.
