phone calls from iPhone not working

so i have somehow gotten the iMessage and FaceTime to work. however, the phone calls from iPhone function is not working. i have wifi calling from mac turned on from my phone. the function to enable is not showing up anymore. but it still does not work. please help. i am trying to get it it to work but i don't want to mess up anything with my iMessage or anything
