Is Netflix 1080p (or better) even possible?

I have a i5-7600k with an RX 570, which is running fantastically, but I cannot get Netflix to stream anything better than 720p/3,000 kpbs in Safari, Chrome, you name it. Am I missing something or is this the limit on all Macs, let alone a Hackintosh?
