Shipping estimates for the new iPhone X have slipped to 5-6 weeks in the U.S. and Canada following the launch of pre-orders last night. The first batch of iPhones were sold out within 30 minutes!
Unfortunately, shipping estimates have already been pushed back four times moving from November 3rd to 1-2 weeks, to 2-3 weeks, then 4-5 weeks, and now 5-6 weeks. If it pushes back any further there could be a risk of not receiving the device before the holidays.
Right now your best chance of getting an iPhone X earlier is to either check with your local carrier or local Best Buy. You can also get ready to lineup at a local Apple Store. The company has announced that there will be iPhone X units available for walk-in customers on release day.
