Help Downgrading to Sierra via Fresh Install

Currently, my Hackintosh is running an unable-to-be-booted version of High Sierra. It was working previously and stopped, but I've made a different post about that at the link below.

I want to downgrade back to Sierra but don't know where to begin with that. I have a Time Machine backup of the last working install of Sierra, but no way to restore from that drive. Since High Sierra runs on APFS the SSD partition I need to install on is completely hidden from my bootable USB (boots an older version of clover from the El Capitan Era). Additionally, Sierra does not show up in my purchased list on my MacBook Pro or any of my friends, so I don't know how to make a Sierra bootable USB without that.

I have a windows 10 partition on the other half of my SSD, can Windows read the APFS file system? If I can format the drive from my windows side I can at least get my system running El Capitan, though I would very much prefer Sierra.

Is there any way someone could send me the files I need to make a USB bootable drive for Sierra?

Thanks so much for your help everyone, this has really been stressing me out, I appreciate you guys!
