Getting artifacts with a GTX 1060 on High Sierra when doing specific things.

So I have recently completed a pretty solid build: i5 7600 and a GTX 1060 6GB. So far it has been working great bar these strange artifacts.

I can't recreate them every time, there's a randomness factor to them but it has happened twice:

• Once when I was watching a 4K video on YouTube (on a 1080p monitor) and I pressed the Full Screen button.
• When I woke up the Hackintosh from Sleep.

I was able to fix it quickly by just unplugging and plugging the HDMI cable, but it's a little annoying since it is not very accessible.

I have the webdrivers installed from when I first built it (two weeks ago) but have since not updated them due to a few posts on here saying that the last updates are bricking systems and that isn't something I can risk right now. I'm not sure if the current drivers are safe though, maybe some of you can help me on that.

I know that the drivers are working fine (minus the artifacts), I've tested BioShock Infinite on Ultra and it ran flawlessly as well as rendered an entire project on FCP.
