Clover not showing icons and correct drive names [High Sierra]

Hi, I just finished installing High Sierra on my hack. I manually downloaded Clover and installed it on my drive. After reboot it shows up like this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/nxpnjyRNceaGNl4F3

It is not a big problem but it is annoying me. How can I make it show icons and names again? Could this be because my drive is in APFS format now?
