Cannot mount EFI partition - failed to mount: "Device is blocked"

So I had Yosemite installed using clover as my boot loader and went ahead and updated to High Sierra. I now get an error that says Attempting system restart.... MACH Reboot So I've taken out the drive and connected it to another computer to get into the EFI partition and using Clover configuration in attempt to troubleshoot the problem.

When I load up Clover configuration and try to mount the partition nothing happens. I tried using EFI Mounter V3 and get the following error when choosing to mount the drive: Finder got an error: AppleEvent handler failed. (-10000)

When trying to use the terminal I get the message: Volume on disk3s1 failed to mount: "Device is blocked"

Anyone get this problem or know how to get around it.
