Bootloop on El Capitan after installing security update from July.

I am having a bootloop after installing this security update: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207922

Here is the error message I am getting. I can't boot into safe mode or single user mode. https://imgur.com/a/VhKIc

I used MultiBeast to install.

I have an install partition when I boot up, this may be from a previous El Capitan update since I didn't know it was there and usually auto boot into OSX and use F12 for Windows.

/u/CorpNewt has been helping me via PM. At first I thought this was related to the Nvidia drivers being outdated. But it seems to be a problem with memory management.

He suggested I replace OsxAptioFixsDrv-64 with OsxAptioFixDrv-64 but I can't figure out how to do that with my MultiBeast USB (it only has OsxAptioFix2Drv-64 on it).

He also suggested adding these lines to my config but I do not know how to access that either. https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/SMBIOS#smbios_memory

So it seems like I may have to re-install which is fine, I have Time Machine backups and my original migration went smoothly as far as that goes.

I am actually sitting at home waiting for a new HDD to arrive which was supposed to be for backup but I might just install El Capitan on that for now instead of wiping my SSD with OSX on it. If I do this I will probably use MultiBeast since that is what I have, and then from my new install, make a Clover USB using corpnewt's tutorial and put that on my SSD (maybe with a new OSX).

Unless anyone has any suggestions on fixing this so I can boot into my current setup?
