Sound not working anymore

Ok so this is weird. I got my Hackintosh running, everything was fine. But now since like 2 or 3 days my sound (3.5mm audio ports) arent working anymore. Sound via USB is fine, but now I got a new Headset and I cant get the sound working anymore. Im a noob at this. Am I missing something? Specs: Sierra 10.12.3, Asus X99-A USB 3.1, i7 5930K, 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 2x 980ti, 120Gb SSD
