Installer has a black screen with white apple then restarts

I set up a Sierra usb with Clover, I select install it goes to a black screen with a white apple then restarts. In verbose mode it shows a line of pluses then it restarts, I have a gigabyte G1 z170x ultra gaming. I am not sure what to do, thank you
