How to upgrade to High sierra (afraid to mess up)

I have a hackintosh running on latest Sierra. My components are the following:

i5-6600 Msi gtx 1060 Asrock h97 1tb ssd 16gb ram

Those are the kext installed in 10.12 folder: FakeSMC IntelMausiEthernet.kext realtekALC.kext USBInjectAll.kext

So I need to put them in Other after upgrading clover to the latest version. Where can I get all the latest version of these kexts including the apfs.efi ??

Also, I see that a lot of people have problems with nvidia webdrivers....if I dont use agdpfix, my screens would stay black because my smbios is 17.1 (i have skylake), so I guess for the next install I need to put lilu.kext and nvdiagraphicsfixup.kext in other?

Can I upgrade using the installer??
