High Sierra no mouse/keyboard during install after APFS conversion

Well yeah, yet another post regarding issues with HS. I had Sierra running perfectly in the past, but now tried my luck installing the latest macOS. My motherboard doesnt support uefi, i have clover 4220 set and a samsung ssd evo 850. If i fresh install HS without conversion (HFS+), the whole install process ends without any issue. The problem is when i let the installer go normally (keeping the apfs conversion activated). I can boot the installer, use diskutility and erase ssd to apfs. All goes well and i start the installation. After the first restart, i boot from newly created apfs partition and when i receive that 'normal' error with that ospackage not found, i need to run terminal to copy that dmg but sadly i can't use mouse or keyboard. I repeat only if the ssd is apfs.

How can i fix this strange annoying problem? My configuration:

Asus rampage formula / E8500 / GeForce 760 GTX
