hello, two days ago i learned about hackintosh from a random youtube video and decided to try it out
long story short i managed to make it boot using some shitty youtube guide but now have some questions.
specs: i5-6200u, intel hd520, 256gb ssd, 8gb ram ddr3, sierra 10.12.6
since i didnt follow a decent guide i didnt change my config.plist to one tailored to the hd520 and just rolled with the default. how can i be sure its working correctly? it seems to be detected fine in system info, and youtube/twitch works on chrome (youtube wasnt loading videos in safari) id rather not change my config.plist now because i already set up dual boot with windows 10 and it seems like a daunting task to "merge" my config with the one for hd520 by rehabman, but maybe it isnt, idk
only kexts i have are fakesmc, voodoops2controller, realtekrtl8111 and voodoohda (i read there are better solutions but it was on the guide i read and i have sound working)
so sound, ethernet, keyboard/trackpad, usb are working well. integrated gfx seems to work aswell
whats the next step? everything from power management to battery status, just seems so hard to reach
