TP Link WDN4800 not being found by OS X at all.

I used to have a hackintosh setup on this same computer (i7 4790K, MSI Z97 PCMATE, GTX980) back when Yosemite was the latest OS X version. I have always used the WDN4800 as I know it is natively supported. After having some issues trying to update the system to el capitan I just removed OS X all together. I tried installing again a few weeks back with Sierra, all worked apart from my WiFi. My only option is ethernet (which isn't applicable where I currently am), I thought maybe this was a Sierra issue and have just reverted back to Yosemite knowing I had a fully working system previously and it still isn't recognised.

This WiFi card works in my Windows setup, I have on the same PC, always has done. Never had any issues other than this. I have tried it in both available PCI slots and neither has worked.

Does anyone have any idea why or anything that could help me?
