[Question] Is this possible?!

I am yet to try this out but, is it possible to get a Sierra Hackintosh on a PC and to then update it to High Sierra and to then from there, restore it from a Mac Time Machine Backup that was already on HS (High Sierra)?

I was just thinking of this since I travel a lot and I hate having to convert files and stuff between OS's.
