OSx partition not showing on Clover

So here's the whole story:

CPU I7 7700k MoBo MSI z270 m6 AC GPU Gigabyte GTX 1080 g1 gaming 250gb ssd 3tb hdd

I've been struggling to get OSx el capitán. I finally found a different guide that goes more in detail about making the USB drive and setting up BIOS, and I was able to get the High Sierra installer working.

My problem now was that since I had installed Windows in the SSD already, the EFI partition was too small and macOS half formatted it; and I did try to expand it, but didnt work. I was left without a working OS.

I ended up formating the SSD drive from the windows install USB and re-installing windows. Now from windows I formated the HHD making it GPT and I was successful at installing high Sierra on it. It booted up, it actually signed into my cloud account. I was happy as pig in shit.

But not THAT happy. The OS was installed in the HDD not the SSD. So I format the SSD from high Serra and try to install it there. The install works fantastic.

I boot from USB select the install on clover. Reboot. Select run install osx from [SSD name]. Does half the installation and reboots (just like it did when it I installed it before). Select run install osx from [SSD name] again to finish the installation. And it all works just as before.

But upon rebooting again there is no option to boot osx from SSD. Clover only shows the USB drive to install osx again. And if i click on that the whole process starts again.
