Today i made a new hackintosh, i runs on a lenovo thinkpad T430. I have mac osx 10.11.6 El Capitan Running fine but i cannot get access to /usr/bin because SIP is enabled and i have tried everything to get it working i even have options set in my clover csr-active-config = 0x67 to disable rootless but i still can't get sip disabled. even going into recovery doesn't work.
Could someone please aid me on this.

EDIT #1: I need this access to install VoodooPs2 so my trackpad and keyboard will work.
