Need help with Kaby Lake audio

I followed a guide to get my mackintosh working and it had a kext for audio driver which admittedly works but only for the ports on the back of my pc/motherboard. The front audio ports (in and out) on the front of my pc case do not work. In audio/MIDI setup it shows up as "Built-in Digital Output." whereas all of my other ports show up as line in/out. But this is where things get really weird. The front audio out port recognizes headphones as being plugged in and the back one does not recognize headphones and is listed as "internal speakers." The audio driver is ALC 1220 and something called "Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5" maybe this is why it's not working and this is something that needs to be disabled? But I do have the kext for ALC 1220 which is why majority of my audio works. I really need help and I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advanced!
